About The Physique Mechanic

As a young kid, I discovered that being the chubby kid who wouldn’t take his shirt off at the beach wasn’t any fun. High school came around and I wanted to change so I lost a bunch of weight training in my basement using whatever I had and reading the latest magazines. This was the beginning of goal setting and learning how to take things step by step.

Fast forward to my twenties and my discovery of the gym, and so my passion for lifting began.

Now in my early thirties, I have acquired my NSCA CP-T certificate and certified by Precision Nutrition as a Pn1 Coach all while I’m a mechanic for General Motors full-time.

I follow a science-based approach to training and nutrition as well as keeping up with the latest information provided by some of the best names in the industry. I don’t have one set way of thinking as my knowledge evolves as the literature changes and by doing this, I provide you the most up to date coaching available.

By utilizing the tools available to me, I am ready to help you take on your goals one step at a time. I want to help you learn to enjoy the process and not focus on just the goal at hand.

Remember “Success is a journey, not a destination. The doing is often more important than the outcome”
